Dear RJFC Community!

Yay! We are set to go on Sunday for Round 1!
It will look a bit different and so this email doesn’t go on forever we will condense information into dot points.

PLAYERS:
1. Players must come to the ground DRESSED to play. Change rooms will NOT be open for the use of teams AT ALL.
2. Players are to bring THEIR OWN PERSONAL, CLEARLY NAMED FULL DRINK BOTTLES. Spare drink bottles unavailable. It is the players and / or parents responsibility to provide these. If you forget your drink bottle we are unable to help. This is as per State Government COVID protocols.

PARENTS / SPECTATORS
1. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND IF UNWELL.

2. PLEASE FOLLOW ALL COVID SIGNAGE INFORMATION AROUND THE GROUND.

3. Practise social distancing, follow hand hygiene and make use of sanitisers. etc.

4. Stay in your car or in the vicinity of your car please and do not gather in large groups.

5. Our Canteen (thanks to the Senior Club) will be open in a limited capacity. Please follow canteen signage to ensure a smooth flow and to follow COVID protocols. Once you have made your purchase, please return to your car.

6. Public toilets will be available to use – either the block near the cricket nets or the toilets at the end of the Social Rooms near the netball courts. The Social Rooms will not be open, except for Committee who are completing match day jobs.

7. Please be patient with us as this is unchartered territory for all of us! There may be changes to the way things operate during the day, depending on how things are running.

8. Please rest assured that the Committee are working hard to implement all safety measures for the benefit of all, but need your co-operation.

Finally, please do the right thing.
This may be the difference between getting through the whole season.
